This whiskey derives its name from the grain it s made from, Centennial Wheat, an heirloom soft white spring wheat grown for us by the Cody family in the San Luis Valley. Our Centennial Wheat is also the first Colorado-made wheat whiskey to meet the standards of the Bottled in Bond Act of 1897.
