When Eric Kaye founded Holmes Cay Rum, he wanted to import high-quality rums to North America and tell the story of each single cask rum, honoring the craftsmanship of the distillers. The Single Origin line was created to offer exciting and accessible expressions made from blended and younger rums, and to expand the range of serving options. Holmes Cay is now introducing the limited edition Heritage Blend, a tribute to the three great rum traditions that developed in the Caribbean region. This edition s label, designed in collaboration with bartender and restaurateur Daniele Dalla Pola and his Miami restaurant Esotico, features a vintage travel poster design inspired by the excitement of travel and the discovery of new and delicious experiences. The Heritage Blend is bottled at 43% alcohol by volume and is suitable for use in classic and tiki cocktails or for sipping on its own. It is a versatile rum that can be enjoyed in many different ways.
