Organic Rustic Fingering is a single ply fingering weight yarn made of GOTS certified organic merino wool and is hand dyed in Neighborhood Fiber Company s Baltimore studio.

Subtle color variations are achieved through kettle dyeing.  As this yarn is kettle dyed in small batches, each batch may be a little bit different, and we recommend buying all of the yarn you need for a project at one time.  We also suggest alternating skeins when knitting projects, as each skein is unique.

Organic Rustic Fingering has a slight halo, good stitch definition, and good drape.

Neighborhood Fiber Company recommends washing in Eucalan wool wash, as they have experienced problems with other wool washes.
